Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing Jovan Cleaning Services LLC. We strive to provide the best cleaning services to our valued customers. This Refunds and Cancellations Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled service start time.
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service start time will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of bookings for multiple services, cancellations must be made for all services in the booking. Partial cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refunds

• If you cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the service start time, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
• Please note that processing time for refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. No-Show Policy

• If you fail to provide access to the property or do not show up at the scheduled service time, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
• If you are not going to be present at the service location during the scheduled time, please ensure you arrange for key handover. You can use the 'Additional Notes' section on the booking page to provide clear instructions for key handover or any other important details, such as contact information or instructions for building security, concierge, or authorized personnel. This will help ensure a smooth and timely service.

4. Rescheduling

• If you wish to reschedule your service, you must cancel the existing booking (following the terms outlined above) and book a new appointment.
• Rescheduling is only possible if done before the 4-hour cancellation window.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

• In the event of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, personal emergencies), we may review cancellations or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly at info@jovancleaningservices.ae to discuss such matters.
