Booking Process:
All bookings must be made through our website.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, address, and contact details.
Payment:
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your service.
Please refer to our Refunds and Cancellations Policy for detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
To ensure a successful service experience, you agree to:
Provide accurate access to the property and any special instructions.
Ensure the property is in a state that allows our staff to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Notify us in advance of any specific cleaning needs, allergies, or hazardous conditions.
We do not offer services such as heavy-duty cleaning, hazardous waste removal, or structural repairs.
We reserve the right to decline services if the conditions of the property pose health or safety risks to our staff.
If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to customer error, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. Additionally, if you are not going to be present at the location during the service time, please ensure you arrange for key handover. This can be done through a building security desk, front desk, concierge service, or any other authorized person or location where the key can be securely provided to our team. Clear instructions and contact details should be shared with us prior to the service.

Damage to Property:
We take care to protect your property during our service. If damage occurs due to our staff’s negligence, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Limitations:
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from improper use or maintenance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services in cases of:
Customer misconduct or abuse toward our staff.
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions beyond the scope of our services.
Non-compliance with these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
